Programs and Activities
The IDB supervises and administers three major programs designed to achieve the key objectives of its stated mission. The Revolving Loan Fund and Per Capita Funding Program are designed to provide financial assistance to local communities so they may expand industrial development and create new jobs. The Marketing and Promotional Program increases regional, national, and international awareness of Winnebago County as a good place to do business.
